Doodle Puppy Hub Adoption Agreement and Application

To ensure that the puppy(s) you’re interested in will be well-suited to your home and lifestyle and placed in an environment that meets its needs, please read the following agreement carefully and complete the application in full. Incomplete applications may result in a denial.

IMPORTANT:
Please note that we operate as a professional adoption centre governed by strict health, safety, and operational rules. To protect the health of our puppies and maintain organized scheduling, we require a $350 reservation fee to be paid before booking any in-person visits. This fee secures your priority spot and is fully credited toward your total adoption cost.

Submitting this agreement does not guarantee approval for the adoption of the puppy(s). We are committed to finding the best homes for our furry friends. As such, we may consider multiple potential adopters for any given animal and will contact the references you provide to ensure we make the best decision for both the adopter and the pet. We appreciate your patience as we review your application and make our decision. A $350 deposit will reserve the puppy for you, the balance is due at/or prior to delivery or pickup.
